Young Living has release a new set of essential oils (we talked about them a little bit with the 55 Uses for the PSK)! It is their dietary essential oils and they are wonderful! These are the perfect oils to allow you to be able to add flavor to your food with the herbs, some fruit flavor to your water with the citrus, flavor your sauces with the spices, and also use as a supplement!
You now have the best of all worlds with the dietary line and the original line of essential oils from Young Living! You can diffuse (aromatic), use topically and now ingest! I am pretty certain when this line came out I was jumping up and down for joy and then involved the kiddos in a happy dance!
